Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we are able to ship all around the world. We are just offering FOB terms, but we are always happy to guide our partners in case they need assistance about the transportation.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It depends on the quantity of your order and the delivery location. Production time is 20-30 days on average for each container.
Shipping, for the USA, 30-45 days, for Europe 7-15 days with seaway.
Which Incoterms Do You Offer?
EXW – Ex Works (named place of delivery)
FOB – Free on Board (named port of shipment)

During production, we provide you with pictures and updates to keep you informed of the progress. Our team is always available to address your needs. During shipping, you can track your items using the container number we provide.
How Can I Return a Product?
We don’t have a return policy. Since all productions are unique to a specific customer, we are just offering free samples in beforehands. We are ensuring that materials you will get will be the same as the sample.
